Generating documents

Since 0.1.0

Assistants can produce finished documents, not just text in the chat, and save them to your library.

Ask for a document

Section titled “Ask for a document”

  1. Ask an assistant to produce one, “draft this as a Word document”, “put these figures in a spreadsheet”, “make a short slide deck”, “export this as a PDF”.

  2. The document is created and appears as a downloadable artifact with a preview in a side panel.

  3. Download it, or find it later in your document library.

Formats

Ajutant can generate Word and Excel files, and, depending on your setup, PowerPoint and PDF. Where your organisation has configured brand templates, generated documents pick up your logo and colours.
