Two settings that shape how the platform feels and how it keeps people informed.
Branding
Section titled “Branding”Set your logo, colours, name, and tagline so the platform looks like yours across chat, the gallery, documents, and admin. Where document generation is set up, brand settings also apply your logo and colours to generated Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Configure email alerts so the right people are told about the things that matter, reported responses, critical platform events, and (where enabled) budget alerts. Choose the recipients and which event categories they hear about.
