Accepting the usage policy

The first time you use Ajutant, and again whenever the policy changes, you’re asked to read and accept your organisation’s acceptable-use policy for AI. It sets out how you’re expected to use the platform, so everyone starts from the same clear rules.

Accept the policy

1. On first sign-in, the policy appears automatically.

2. Read it. Your organisation writes this, so the exact terms are theirs.

3. Select Accept to continue to the platform.

Caution

You need to accept the policy before you can chat. If you decline, you won’t be able to use Ajutant until you accept.

When you’ll see it again

If your organisation updates the policy, you’ll be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Your acceptance is recorded, including which version and when, so your administrators have a clear audit trail.
