Build an assistant with AI
You don’t have to build an assistant from a blank form. Create with AI turns a plain-language brief into a complete draft, persona, instructions, starter knowledge, and suggested settings, that you then review and publish.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need the Assistant Creator role (or to be an assistant owner). You can start from either Workspace → My Assistants or Admin → Assistants.
Create the draft
Section titled “Create the draft”-
Select the Create with AI split-button.
-
Write a short brief, who the assistant helps and what it should do. For example:
An HR assistant that answers staff questions about leave, absence, and benefits, using our employee handbook. Friendly but precise; always cite the policy.
-
Submit. Ajutant generates a draft assistant: a name, description, persona and instructions, suggested keywords, and starter knowledge-base documents.
-
The editor opens on the new draft. Review each section, Profile, Instructions, Model, Knowledge, and adjust anything that isn’t right.
Test before you publish
Section titled “Test before you publish”Use the Test panel in the editor to chat with the draft side-by-side while you edit. Nothing you do is live yet, the assistant stays a draft until you press Publish.
Publish
Section titled “Publish”When it’s ready, press Publish. All your accumulated edits are committed as a new version, and the assistant becomes available to the teams you’ve assigned.
