Modules and distribution
Modules are bundles of assistants distributed to your environment centrally. This is how you receive and keep ready-made assistants up to date.
The modules catalogue
Section titled “The modules catalogue”Admin → Modules shows the catalogue with each module’s status. Install a module to add its assistants, and see when updates are available. When you first install a module you can bulk-triage its assistants, enabling the ones you want and shelving the rest, before they go live.
Applying updates
Section titled “Applying updates”Updates arrive as reviewable drafts: you can compare what changed before you publish, so nothing changes for your users without your say-so. Apply updates individually or publish all pending drafts together.
Keeping in sync
Section titled “Keeping in sync”Assistants distributed to you stay in step with the source through a scheduled sync, with a Sync now option when you want it immediately. If your entitlement to a module is revoked, its assistants are deactivated automatically.
Export and import
Section titled “Export and import”Beyond central distribution, you can export an assistant or module to a file and import it into another environment. Use this to move work between environments by hand, outside the module catalogue.
