A tour of the interface

Since 0.1.0

A quick map of the main areas. What you see depends on your role, so you may not have every area listed here.

  • Assistants: browse and open the assistants available to you; search and filter to find one.
  • Chats: your conversation history. Every chat is saved here; search across all of them and pick up where you left off.
  • Documents: your document library. Files you upload (in chat or here) live in this library, organised by who can see them: your own files, your team’s, and everyone’s.
  • Your profile: your name and details, the teams you belong to, and, if you’re a developer, your personal API keys and connected accounts.
  • The message box at the bottom is where you type; attach files or pick from your library from here.
  • Replies stream in as they’re written, with a Stop control to cancel.
  • Feedback controls sit under each reply.
  • Citations link back to the source when an assistant answers from a document.

Use search (top of the page) to jump to any assistant or past chat by name. If something isn’t working as expected, use the feedback controls in the conversation to report it.

  • Using Ajutant: day-to-day tasks in depth (chat, documents, forms).
  • Building Assistants: if you’ll create or configure assistants yourself.
