Tasks and forms

Not everything should be a free conversation. Ajutant lets you author a prompt once and offer it through several surfaces.
Author once, use in several ways
Section titled “Author once, use in several ways”A saved prompt, with typed inputs and a defined output, can be offered as:
- a Task that runs on a schedule or a trigger,
- an API other systems call, or
- a Form people fill in and submit.
You build the prompt once and choose which surfaces to expose.
Build a form
Section titled “Build a form”Turn a prompt into a form: Ajutant derives labelled fields from the prompt’s typed inputs, and shows the result in a readable shape. You can also let it draft the whole thing, describe what you want and let the AI prompt builder pre-fill the wizard for you to edit.
Human review before delivery
Section titled “Human review before delivery”For tasks that produce something consequential, turn on review before delivery: a person checks (and can edit) the result before it’s sent on or delivered to a downstream system. You can assign who reviews.
