Because developer-API traffic runs through the gateway, you can see and govern it, not just bill for it.

Cost reporting

See per-team cost for developer-API usage alongside the rest of the platform’s spend, so API consumption is never a blind spot.

Budget alerts

Set a soft budget per team with thresholds (for example, warnings at 80% and 100%), so the right people hear about spend before it becomes a surprise.

Content capture and review

Section titled “Content capture and review”

Where your policy calls for it, capture request and response content for inspection, and route sensitive-content flags to a review queue. Captured content is subject to a retention policy so it doesn’t accumulate indefinitely.
