Approval and the kill switch
Available in: Professional & Enterprise Client Admin Manage governance Since 0.1.0
Two controls help you manage change safely: approval before something goes live, and a kill switch to stop it fast.
Approval before publish
Section titled “Approval before publish”Require changes to be approved before they reach users. An author submits for approval; a reviewer approves or rejects with a reason. You choose which changes need approval and who can approve, and there’s an emergency bypass for the rare case that needs it.
The kill switch
Section titled “The kill switch”If an assistant misbehaves in production, an administrator can disable it immediately: or, in a serious incident, disable the whole platform. Users see a clear unavailability message rather than broken behaviour. Lift the switch when the issue is resolved.
