Forms and one-shot apps
Some tasks are better as a form than a free conversation. Ajutant turns a saved task into a form you fill in, then returns a structured result.
Fill in a form
Section titled “Fill in a form”When an assistant offers a form, you’ll see labelled fields instead of a blank message box. Complete the fields and submit, the assistant runs the task with your inputs and shows the result in a readable shape (a table, a grid, or formatted text), rather than a wall of chat.
Intake forms at the start of a chat
Section titled “Intake forms at the start of a chat”Some assistants show a short intake form when you open them, to gather what they need up front, for example, the details required to raise a request. Fill it in (or skip, if it’s optional) and carry on.
One-shot actions
Section titled “One-shot actions”A one-shot app does a single job cleanly: fill it in, get the answer, done, no back-and-forth. Look for suggested-action buttons in a conversation to launch one.
